Install Altstore (step 1)

1. Go to https://altstore.io/#Downloads then Download AltStore,

2. Follow this guide on how to install AltStore on your iOS device: https://faq.altstore.io,

Install UTM (step 2)

1. After you install AltStore on your iOS device, install UTM for iOS: https://github.com/utmapp/UTM/releases/tag/v4.4

2. and download the file UTM.ipa, After that, go to AltStore then click the + Icon, then select the downloaded file (UTM.ipa) then It should install in your device, after you install UTM on your device, Go to ISO Downloads.
